System Requirements:

Intel Celeron 466 MHz and higher
Windows 98/2000/XP.

Setup and how to register

When you downloaded the ZIP file, open the one with a utility like WinZipand and extract the files to a directory you like. The file rose.zip contents:

  1. Rose.exe (and 6 additional pictures);
  2. readme.htm, readme_bulgarian.htm, readme_azerb.htm;
  3. readme_rus.htm, readme_esperanto.htm, readme_ukrainian.htm.
Execute the file Rose.exe.

If you have the password, then after the start press <SetUp> and <Full - SetUp>. Then enter your password. For a step-by-step illustrated guide on how to enter your password, please click here.

If you have no the password, first press <Short - Demonstration>. For the full game you need the file mykey.key with the secret key. After start of the game the file mykey.key is created, but without the secret key. If you enter your password, the file mykey.key is created with the secret key.

If you want to receive the password (your personal Registration Code) for the full game, then after the start press <Register> and remember your HDD code ( six figures ). Alternatively, when you are playing the game you may see your HDD code in Help->Registration. It is not the password. You need this HDD code for registration. Remember: this HDD code applies only to your current set-up. Changing the hard disc or computer means you have a new HDD code and it follows from this that you need a new password.

You will receive the password ( your personal Registration Code ) after registration (usually in several business days).

Alternatively, you may get a full game without the password. Delete an old file mykey.key. Execute the file Rose.exe and first press <Short - Demonstration>. Then the new file mykey.key is created, but without the secret key. If we ask you to mail the file mykey.key to us, send the one via e-mail: twogames@mail.ru. Indicate in subject 'twogames'. We will send you file mykey.key back with the secret key for the full game. Replace an old file mykey.key with the new one.

The secret key in the file mykey.key changes if you change your hard drive or change to a new computer. You will need a new file mykey.key or a new password.

Good luck!

Changing the hard disc

Changing the hard disc or computer means you have a new HDD code and it follows from this that you need a new password. In this case you will have to put the file Rose.exe in new empty folder (without an old mykey.key!). Then execute the game, see new HDD code and receive your new password.

How to uninstall the game

Just remove the folder where the game is extracted. This program does not write to the Windows Registry, does not install any additional DLLs or components; all the files are located in the program folder of the game.

How to receive the password without registration

If you want to help me, you can translate the game into your language ( for example, Dutch, Belgian, etc. ). At first, download the file english.zip - 3Kb (http://igradon.com/rose/english/english.zip) and translate the description (Buttons, messages and Help) into your language. Then send your translation file to me, so other people can share it together. Send me the file mykey.key and HDD code via e-mail twogames@mail.ru . Indicate in subject "twogames". We will make the file mylanguage.txt and send you it and your password for the game. Put the file mylanguage.txt in the program folder ( in the current working directory ). Execute the file Rose.exe, press <SetUp>, <Full game>, enter your password. Your language should be displayed.
